e-Matching dating (formerly known as e-Matching Dating HBO & WO), published on Google Play and Apple's AppStore by e-Matching.nl, has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on e-Matching.

NEDERLANDSE VERSIE

Deze standaarden zijn van toepassing op de website e-Matching.nl en op de app e-Matching dating (voorheen e-Matching Dating HBO & WO), op Google Play uitgegeven door e-Matching.nl (Focus Internet B.V., handelend onder de naam e-Matching), Binnenhaven 1, 6709 PD Wageningen. Zij vormen een aanvulling op artikel 3 van de Algemene Voorwaarden en gelden onverkort naast de Thuiswinkelvoorwaarden.

ARTIKEL 1 - NULTOLERANTIE SEKSUEEL MISBRUIK EN UITBUITING VAN KINDEREN

1.1 e-Matching hanteert een nultolerantiebeleid ten aanzien van seksueel misbruik en uitbuiting van kinderen (CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation).
1.2 Het is uitdrukkelijk verboden om via de website of apps van e-Matching materiaal van seksueel misbruik van kinderen (CSAM) te maken, uploaden, plaatsen, delen, verspreiden, opvragen of anderszins beschikbaar te stellen; kinderen te groomen, seksueel te benaderen, seksueel af te persen (sextortion), seksueel uit te buiten of op andere wijze bij seksueel gedrag te betrekken; of gedrag te vertonen of faciliteren waardoor kinderen anderszins in gevaar worden gebracht.
1.3 Overtreding van dit artikel leidt tot onmiddellijke blokkering van het account, conform artikel 3.3 van de Algemene Voorwaarden.

ARTIKEL 2 - UITSLUITEND VOOR PERSONEN VAN 18 JAAR EN OUDER

2.1 e-Matching is een datingdienst die uitsluitend toegankelijk is voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder, zoals ook vermeld in artikel 2.5 van de Algemene Voorwaarden.
2.2 Minderjarigen mogen geen profiel aanmaken en de dienst niet gebruiken.
2.3 Bij een gegrond vermoeden van minderjarigheid blokkeert e-Matching het betrokken account direct.

ARTIKEL 3 - MISBRUIK MELDEN

3.1 Iedere gebruiker kan misbruik melden in de app en op de website, via Klantenservice → Meld misbruik.
3.2 Meldingen kunnen ook per e-mail worden gedaan via meldmisbruik@e-matching.nl.
3.3 Meldingen over CSAE en CSAM krijgen prioriteit en worden zo snel mogelijk behandeld.

ARTIKEL 4 - BEHANDELING VAN MELDINGEN

4.1 Zodra e-Matching daadwerkelijk kennis heeft van CSAM of ander CSAE-gerelateerd materiaal of gedrag:
− verwijdert e-Matching het materiaal;
− blokkeert e-Matching het betrokken account;
− stelt e-Matching relevante accountgegevens, loggegevens en overige bewijsmiddelen veilig voor zover dit wettelijk is toegestaan of vereist.
− doet e-Matching, waar van toepassing, melding bij de bevoegde autoriteit of relevante regionale instantie, waaronder de politie en het Meldpunt van Offlimits.
4.2 e-Matching handelt hierbij in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke Nederlandse en Europese wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kinderveiligheid.

ARTIKEL 5 - CONTACT KINDERVEILIGHEID

5.1 Voor vragen en meldingen van gebruikers, autoriteiten en platformen over kinderveiligheid is e-Matching bereikbaar via meldmisbruik@e-matching.nl.

These Child Safety Standards apply to the website e-Matching.nl and to the e-Matching dating app (formerly known as e-Matching Dating HBO & WO), published on Google Play by e-Matching.nl (Focus Internet B.V., trading as e-Matching), Binnenhaven 1, 6709 PD Wageningen, the Netherlands. They supplement article 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

Article 1 - Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

ARTICLE 1 - ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

1.1 e-Matching dating has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation). CSAE is explicitly and strictly prohibited.
1.2 It is expressly forbidden to use the website or the apps of e-Matching to create, upload, post, share, distribute, solicit or otherwise make available child sexual abuse material (CSAM); to groom, sexually approach, sexually extort (sextortion), sexually exploit or otherwise involve children in sexual conduct; or to engage in or facilitate any other conduct that endangers children.
1.3 Any breach of this article results in immediate blocking of the account, in accordance with article 3.3 of our Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2 - ADULTS AGED 18 AND OVER ONLY

2.1 e-Matching is a dating service available exclusively to people aged 18 and over, as also stated in article 2.5 of our Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Minors may not create a profile and may not use the service.
2.3 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that a user is a minor, e-Matching blocks the account concerned immediately.

ARTICLE 3 - REPORTING ABUSE

3.1 Every user can report abuse from within the app and on the website, via Customer Service → Meld misbruik (Report abuse).
3.2 Reports can also be sent by e-mail to meldmisbruik@e-matching.nl.
3.3 Reports concerning CSAE and CSAM are given priority and are handled as quickly as possible.

ARTICLE 4 - HANDLING OF REPORTS

4.1 Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or any other CSAE-related material or conduct, e-Matching:
− removes the material;
− blocks the account involved;
− preserves relevant account data, log data and other evidence insofar as this is legally permitted or required;
− reports to the competent authority or relevant regional body where applicable, including the police and the hotline of Offlimits, the Dutch hotline for online child sexual abuse.
4.2 e-Matching acts in accordance with all applicable Dutch and European child safety laws and regulations.
